# Ask any AI assistant about your Linkubit setup

> Give ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini your workspace's setup brief and the help centre, and ask it what to change. What the brief holds and how to share it.

## In short

Linkubit can describe your workspace's whole setup as one page of text — the agent's instructions, rules, goals, scoring, workflows, products, channels and roles. Give that page and the help centre to any AI assistant and ask it what to change. The brief never contains a customer, a message, a password or key, or a teammate's email.

## Copy your setup

1. Press **Help** in the top bar and choose **Ask an AI about your setup** (also in **Settings › General**, and in the command palette with ⌘K).
2. Choose one: **Copy a ready-made prompt** (both links, and the answer it should give), **Copy a link to your setup**, **Download your setup as a file**, or **Copy your setup as text**.
3. Paste it into the assistant, add your question at the end, and send.

## What the assistant gives back

The brief opens with instructions for the assistant, so the answer comes back in the same shape whichever assistant you use: what in your setup causes what you asked about, then every change in the order to make it, each with the dashboard steps to do it by hand. Beside the steps, every change Edit agent can make also gets a short prompt in a box, ready to paste into **Edit agent** in the top bar: paste it, press **Apply**, and Edit agent makes the change and lists what it did. The changes Edit agent cannot make (a template, a campaign, a price, a channel, a role) say so, with a line on why.

- Run the prompts **one at a time**, in order. Each stands on its own; check what Edit agent says it changed before pasting the next.
- Each Edit agent run costs the usual Edit agent credits. On a plan without Edit agent, the brief tells the assistant so, and you get the steps alone.
- The brief lists exactly what Edit agent can and cannot change, taken from Edit agent itself — so the assistant does not write a prompt Edit agent would decline.

An assistant that can open links (ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini all can) reads the help centre from https://www.linkubit.com/llms-full.txt — every help page in one file — and your setup from the link. If an assistant says it cannot open the link, choose **Download your setup as a file** and attach the file to the chat (or **Copy your setup as text** and paste it), and give it the help pages your question is about from **Copy page for AI** on each page.

## What the brief holds

| Section | What is in it |
| --- | --- |
| Workspace | Plan, status, credits left, which features your plan has, timezone and currency |
| AI agent | Persona, qualification fields, goals and their stance, rules, scoring rules, quick-reply buttons, saved replies, WhatsApp welcome, follow-ups, workflows, CRM maps, and who a workflow may assign to (by name) |
| Channels | Each WhatsApp number with its messaging tier and quality, each mailbox by provider and domain, templates with their status and why one was rejected, outbound webhooks by host |
| Selling | Lifecycle stages, products with prices, knowledge document titles |
| Campaigns and ads | Each campaign's state and how many people are waiting and why; each ad account and the setup steps still open |
| Customer systems | Each connected system, the kinds of event it sends and what they mean, and your customer rules |
| Roles | Each role, its permissions, and how many people hold it |
| Health | How many open chats the agent answers or a person does, and how many the agent has paused and why |

> **Never in it.** No customer, contact or lead; no message; no password, token or key; no teammate's email or phone; no mailbox address — only its domain. It describes how your workspace is set up, not what is in it.

## Links, and turning them off

- A link opens without signing in, for **seven days**, then stops. It always shows your setup as it is when it is opened, not as it was when you copied it.
- **Turn off all links** in the same dialog stops every link you have shared at once. New links work as before.
- Anyone holding a link can read what is in the brief — your agent's instructions and your prices — until it stops. If that matters, download it as a file or copy it as text instead: there is no link at all.
- Making a link and turning links off are both recorded in the audit log. Copying is limited to roles with **Share the setup brief** (administrators, unless you give it to another role).

## Good questions to ask

- Why does my agent hand every conversation over to a person?
- My agent stopped answering — what in my setup explains it?
- Set this workspace up for a gym that sells monthly memberships and personal training.
- Which of my rules contradict each other?
- Write the sentences I should paste into **Edit agent** to qualify leads by budget and city.

The assistant answers with the screen and button to use, or a sentence to paste into **Edit agent**. Linkubit applies nothing on its own: you make each change yourself, so an assistant that misread a setting costs nothing.
