# Find your way around the Linkubit dashboard

> Where each screen lives: the seven sections down the left, the pages and setup listed beside each, what is left in Settings, and the keyboard shortcuts.

## In short

The dashboard opens on Needs you — only the decisions waiting on a person. Down the left edge are seven sections (Needs you, Inbox, Pipeline, People, Grow, AI agent, Analytics) with Settings at the foot; each opens a panel of its pages, with the setup that changes that section listed under it. Alt+1 to Alt+8 jump between them, and ? lists every shortcut.

## The sections

Click a section to open it; click the section you are already in to show or hide its panel. A section's setup pages sit under **Setup** at the bottom of its panel, collapsed until you open it. Only Needs you and Inbox carry a count, because only they mean a person has to act.

## What is left in Settings

**Settings**, at the foot of the left edge, keeps the workspace's administration: **General**, **Users**, **Roles**, **Teams**, **Territories**, **Support access** and **Plan & billing**; the channels — **WhatsApp**, **Instagram**, **Messenger**, **Payments** and **Email**; and **Consent**, **Suppressions**, **Data & erasure**, **Audit log**, **Usage** and **Webhooks**. A page you don't have the permission for is not listed at all.

> **Nothing moved address.** Every page kept its link — a bookmark to /settings/templates still opens Templates. Only where the menu lists it changed. On a phone the same sections are in the menu.

## Search and the keyboard

| Ctrl+K (⌘K on a Mac) | Search, and jump to any page |

| Alt+1 to Alt+8 (⌥ on a Mac) | Go to a section, in the order they sit on the left — Needs you is 1 |

| ↑ ↓ and Enter | Move through a list's rows and open one |
| X | Select the row, to tag several conversations at once |
| Esc | Leave a box, close a dialog, or go back from a record to its list |
| R, N, E, S | In a conversation: write a reply, write an internal note, resolve, snooze |
| ? | Show every shortcut |

Single letters work only when you are not typing in a box and no dialog or menu is open — press Esc to leave a box first. The **?** sheet writes the keys the way your computer does.
