    Instagram DM and Messenger in the inbox, Hindi voice notes, and workspace erasure

    Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger conversations arrive in the same inbox as WhatsApp and email, on the same contact. Both are reply-only under Meta's rules, and the composer says so before you type.

    • Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger conversations arrive in the same inbox as WhatsApp and email, on the same contact. Both are reply-only under Meta's rules, and the composer says so before you type.
    • A Hindi voice note is transcribed, shown in the thread as text, and answered in Hindi. STOP works in every language a customer writes in.
    • Deleting a workspace erases every table that carries it, and the erasure is checked against the live schema so a new table cannot be missed.
    • Roles are yours: a closed catalogue of permissions, a permission on every screen and every endpoint, and an administrator role a workspace cannot lock itself out of.

    Newer: Ads that report back, the catalogue as the price authority, and product pictures sent by the agent. Everything is on the what's new page.
