WhatsApp Business API, connected in minutes and billed at Meta's own rate
The WhatsApp Business API is the version of WhatsApp a team can use: several people on one number, approved templates for reaching out, webhooks instead of a phone. Getting it used to mean a provider, a form and a mark-up on every message. Linkubit connects the number through Meta's own flow, in minutes, and the per-message charge is Meta's, on your account, unchanged.
Sign in with Facebook inside Linkubit, pick or create the WhatsApp Business Account, and the number is connected — registered if it needs it, left alone if it is already on the API. From then on: templates written here and synced with Meta's review, the session window shown in the composer, campaigns that stop at the number's daily limit, delivery receipts on every message, a payment configuration chosen from what Meta lists, and a forecast of the bill Meta has not sent yet. WhatsApp API integration with your website, forms, ads and CRM runs through the same connection — no developer, no separate BSP contract.
The rule every WhatsApp tool has to get right
The 24-hour window, before you type
A free-form reply is allowed only within a day of the customer's last message; after that only an approved template may go out. Linkubit checks the window on every send and shows it in the composer, so you learn about it before typing rather than from Meta's rejection afterwards.
- A follow-up due outside the window goes as a template you chose, or waits
- The window is the channel's rule; consent and suppression are checked separately

Free-form replies are locked — send an approved template
A number's reputation is not renewable
Pre-flight, limits and receipts
Before a campaign sends, every contact is checked for consent and a usable number. During it, sends stop at the tier Meta has given the number and resume when it lifts. After it, delivery and read receipts arrive per message, and a failure names Meta's reason rather than a generic error.
- STOP is honoured on every channel at once
- A rejected template can never be picked for a campaign

Bring a number that already works
A number already registered on the Cloud API is connected as it is — Linkubit reads its status from Meta rather than assuming it needs registering, so a number that has been sending for months is not asked to start again.
Templates, synced with Meta
Write a template here, submit it, and its status arrives from Meta as it changes — approved, rejected, paused. The reason for a rejection is shown, and a guide covers the common ones.
Your bill, before Meta sends it
Meta bills per message, days late. The dashboard shows what it has charged and what the unbilled days will cost, drawn dashed, beside ad spend and your credits — and a calculator shows a month's cost on your own numbers.
Payments, chosen from what Meta offers
A payment configuration you made in WhatsApp Manager is listed and chosen, never typed, so the in-chat UPI card is only ever sent on a number that can carry it.
What it is made of
WhatsApp templates, synced with Meta
Write a template, submit it, and its status arrives from Meta as it changes — approved, rejected, paused. A campaign can only pick one that is approved, so a send never fails on a template you thought was live.
The 24-hour window, before you type
WhatsApp only allows a free-form reply inside the day after a customer writes. Outside it the composer offers your approved templates and nothing else — you find out before you type, not after Meta rejects the send.
Your WhatsApp bill, before Meta sends it
Meta bills per conversation, days late. The dashboard shows what it has charged and what the days it hasn’t billed yet will cost, drawn dashed so you can tell the two apart — beside ad spend and your credits.
Consent recorded, unsubscribe honoured everywhere
Every contact carries where and when they said yes. STOP on WhatsApp or one click in an email suppresses them across every channel at once, and nothing — not a campaign, not the assistant — can reach them after.
Questions people ask
Is Linkubit a BSP?
Linkubit connects your number to Meta's Cloud API through Meta's Embedded Signup — the WhatsApp Business Account is yours, Meta bills it directly, and the per-message rate is Meta's with nothing added. There is no provider between you and Meta and no mark-up.
What does the API cost?
Meta charges per message, by category and country; the rate for India and the change on 1 October 2026 are in the pricing guide and the calculator. Linkubit's own price is a workspace fee and credits for the assistant's work, from free.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app?
Not on the same number: a number is on the app or on the API. The guide on app versus API covers what changes, and a number can be moved.
How long does connecting take?
A few minutes if you have a Facebook Business account and a number that can receive a verification code. Registering a new number sets a two-step PIN that you choose and Meta holds — Linkubit stores it nowhere.
