Click-to-WhatsApp ads and lead ads, built paused and walked back to revenue
An ads dashboard tells you what a campaign cost. It cannot tell you what it earned, because the lead it produced lives in a different tool. Linkubit reads the ad accounts in, joins every click to the conversation and the deal it became, builds new campaigns paused so a mistake cannot spend, and reports the leads that qualified back to Meta and Google so they optimise for customers rather than form fills.
Meta and Google ad accounts connect in a click. Spend, clicks and leads arrive daily and sit beside the qualified leads and closed revenue they produced, so cost per qualified lead is a number you can read. Linkubit builds Meta lead-generation, click-to-WhatsApp, click-to-Instagram, traffic and engagement campaigns and Google Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen — always paused until a person switches them on — and sends qualified leads and won deals back to both networks as conversions.
Cost per qualified lead, not per click
Walk any deal back to the ad
Revenue to deal to lead to conversation to campaign to ad. A Meta lead-form lead is polled in and matched to its contact; a click-to-WhatsApp referral lands on the message that opened the chat; a Google click carries its ids into the first WhatsApp message and onto the enquiry form. Nothing is stamped on the lead — attribution is worked out from the touchpoints, so switching first-touch to last-touch really recomputes.
- Every ad lists the people it brought in
- Closed revenue is frozen at the close, so history does not move under a model change

A mistake cannot spend
Every campaign is created paused
Linkubit builds the campaign, the ad set and the ads on the network, and every one of them is paused. A person reviews the budget and switches it on from the network or from here. The failure mode of a bug is a campaign that does nothing, never one that spends.
- Images are measured before any request, so a creative the network would refuse never reaches it
- A discount, a budget, a new campaign — anything that spends waits for a person

The rest of it
Tell the networks which leads were real
Meta and Google optimise toward whatever you report back. Report form fills and you buy form fills. Linkubit sends the leads that qualified and the deals that closed, stamped as CRM events, inside each network's window — so the next campaign hunts for customers.
Facebook and Instagram are one account
Instagram is a placement on a Meta campaign, not a second connection. One ad account, one budget, and the spend arrives split by placement beside the total.
A Google click that opens WhatsApp keeps its id
A Google ad that opens a chat pre-fills a short code into the first message. Linkubit reads it off the message and files the click against the campaign and the ad, once per contact, so a Search lead is as traceable as a Meta one.
Spend beside your WhatsApp bill and your credits
Ad spend, Meta's per-message charges and the credits the assistant used sit on one cost view against the revenue they produced, currency by currency, never converted.
What it is made of
Meta and Google spend, joined to revenue
Ad accounts connect in a click. Spend and leads come in daily and sit beside the deals they became, so the number you see is what an ad earned, not what it cost. New campaigns are built here too — always paused until you switch them on.
Tell the networks which leads were real
Meta and Google optimise toward whatever you report back. Report form fills and you buy form fills. Linkubit sends them the leads that actually qualified and closed, so the next campaign hunts for those.
Walk any deal back to the ad
Revenue to deal to lead to conversation to campaign to audience. Nothing is stamped on the lead — attribution is worked out from the touchpoints, so switching first-touch to last-touch really recomputes, and closed revenue stays where it was.
Anything that spends waits for a person
A discount past its limit, a new ad campaign, a change to its own rules — the assistant can draft it and never enact it. A person decides, with the number in front of them.
Questions people ask
Which campaign types can it build?
On Meta: lead generation, click-to-WhatsApp, click-to-Instagram, traffic and engagement — from new copy and an image, or by boosting a post you already published. On Google: Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen. Anything else is refused by name rather than approximated.
Will it spend my money without asking?
No. Everything it creates is paused — the campaign, the ad set, the ads — and stays paused until a person switches it on. Resuming a campaign, changing a budget and syncing an audience are on a paid plan, not the trial.
How does a WhatsApp lead get linked to the ad?
A click-to-WhatsApp ad arrives with Meta's referral on the first message, and that referral is written as the contact's ad click. A Google ad that opens WhatsApp carries a short code in the first message that Linkubit reads and files. A lead-form lead is polled from Meta and matched to its contact.
What does conversion write-back send?
Three stages — lead created (Meta only), qualified lead, and deal won — each marked as a CRM event, within Meta's seven-day and Google's ninety-day windows. Meta confirms what it received; Google acknowledges the upload, and the screen labels the two differently.
