Lead scoring you can read line by line, from what a customer said and did

A score nobody can explain is a score nobody trusts, so reps ignore it and read the chat. Linkubit's score is a list of rules with the points each contributed, over fields the assistant captured, things the customer did, and — for a rule you would rather describe than build — a sentence the assistant answers as it talks to them.

In short

Scoring rules read the fields on a lead ("budget above 5 lakh"), the signals a contact produced ("replied within the hour", "opened the price list", "quiet for a week") and, on Pro and above, a plain-words rule ("they said the budget is approved") the assistant answers on the turn it already takes. The total is recomputed after every message, an owner or a task can be assigned when it crosses a line, and the lead's stage and deal follow from it through workflows you can edit.

The fields are yours

Rules over the questions you chose to ask

The assistant's qualifying questions are fields on the lead, and a scoring rule is a clause over them: budget in a range, a city you serve, a timeline inside the quarter, a decision-maker on the call. A freight forwarder and a coaching centre run the same engine with different fields and different rules.

  • Starter rules are seeded from your set-up and editable from the first day
  • A tenant's own field wins over anything the product infers

The score does something

A stage that refuses until the requirements are met

Qualified leads move to a stage whose entry requirements are named — a score above a line, a field present — and a move that fails them is refused with the reason, on the board and from the assistant alike. A qualified lead opens a deal priced from the catalogue, not from a figure in the chat.

  • Route hot leads to a person, open a task, or escalate — by rule
  • The board and the contact never disagree: one function moves both

The rest of it

Behaviour, computed fresh

Opened the price list, replied within the hour, went quiet for a week, was sent a product, asked about payment — signals are worked out at evaluation time from what actually happened, never stored, so a score is never stale.

A rule in plain words

"The customer said their budget is approved and wants delivery in Mumbai" is not a field. Write it as a sentence and the assistant answers it on the turn it already takes, records the verdict with its reason, and the score reads it like any other rule. Pro and above.

Two doors, and which one you use is the decision

Everything the product infers — a class read out of a message, the grade at the end of a goal — moves a lead upward only. Everything a person decides — a rep, a workflow you wrote — may set any class in any direction.

Suggested from your own conversations

Every day the assistant reads what happened across your chats and proposes a change with the evidence attached: a threshold that is too high, a field worth adding, an objection that keeps coming up. Accept and the setting changes; nothing changes on its own.

Scores from what a customer did, not just what they said

A pipeline that refuses illegal moves

Stages carry entry requirements. Drag a deal somewhere it cannot go and it is refused with the requirement named — so the board tells you what to capture next instead of snapping back in silence.

Deals open themselves, priced from the catalogue

When a lead qualifies, the products they showed interest in become one open deal at your list price. The value is never a figure the assistant said in a chat — those are unverified — it is what the catalogue says.

Questions people ask

Is the score a black box?

No. Open any lead and the score is a list: each rule that matched, the points it added or removed, and for a plain-words rule the reason the assistant gave. A number you cannot explain is a number your reps will ignore, so there is none.

Can I score on what the customer did, not just said?

Yes. Signals — replied within the hour, opened the price list, went quiet, was sent a product, asked about payment — are computed at evaluation time from the contact's own timeline and read by the same rules as the fields.

What happens when a lead crosses the line?

Whatever you wired: assign an owner, create a task, escalate the conversation, move the lifecycle stage, open a deal. A starter set is seeded and every rule in it is editable or can be switched off.

Can I just describe the rule instead of building it?

On Pro and above, yes. Write the condition as a sentence; the assistant answers it as it talks to the customer, once per turn however many such rules you have, and the verdict lands on the contact with its reason. Changing the wording clears the old verdicts, because a changed question has no answer yet.
