Email campaigns and cold sequences from your own verified domain
Cold email dies of two things: a shared sender somebody else burned, and a reply that went to a mailbox nobody reads. Every Linkubit workspace sends from its own verified domain, every message carries a reply address that lands in the inbox, and the sequence stops for anyone who writes back — on email or on WhatsApp.
Verify your domain through a guided DNS flow, design one email layout for the workspace, build an audience from filters or a sheet, and send a sequence with waits between steps. Every send clears the outbound gate — consent, suppression, the domain's pause state — and carries one-click unsubscribe. Bounce and complaint rates are watched against the lines that pause sending, auto-replies and mailing lists are recognised before they become conversations, and a reply opens one with an owner.
Reputation is yours to keep
The guardrail fires before the provider's does
Bounce and complaint rates are measured per domain against thresholds set below the ones mailbox providers act on — four per cent bounces, under a tenth of a per cent complaints. Cross one and sending pauses; nothing is deleted, the campaign keeps its members, and you resume once the list is fixed.
- A new domain's first messages are never paused by arithmetic on a tiny sample
- A bounce suppresses the address everywhere, at once
A reply is the point
Sequences stop on reply, and the reply arrives
Mail leaves from your domain and every message carries a reply address the product receives on, so an answer lands in the inbox rather than in a mailbox nobody checks. That reply cancels the rest of the sequence, opens a conversation and starts qualification.
- A reply on WhatsApp stops an email sequence too — one person, one history
- An out-of-office is filed for a person to see and never answered

Your own domain, verified in a guided flow
DKIM, SPF and DMARC records shown for you to add, checked until they resolve. No shared sending tier exists: reputation is the one thing a shared sender cannot protect.
One layout for the workspace
Header, footer, colours and a logo, designed once and applied to every email the workspace sends — a campaign in full, a reply in a lighter weight. Images are served from links that do not expire, because a campaign is opened for months.
Unsubscribe that actually works
Every message carries the one-click unsubscribe header Gmail and Yahoo require from bulk senders, built so their parsers read it, and a click suppresses the person across every channel.
The assistant can write an email too
A reply on email is the same assistant with the same rules; it can also send an email to an address that belongs to no contact yet, through the same consent and suppression checks.
What it is made of
An out-of-office is never answered
Bounces, mailing lists and auto-replies are recognised before they become a conversation. An out-of-office is filed where a person can see it and never replied to — the loop where two robots email each other all night cannot start.
Consent recorded, unsubscribe honoured everywhere
Every contact carries where and when they said yes. STOP on WhatsApp or one click in an email suppresses them across every channel at once, and nothing — not a campaign, not the assistant — can reach them after.
Audiences from filters or a spreadsheet
Filter on anything you know about a contact — your own qualification fields included — and watch the count update. Or import a sheet. Either way it is deduplicated before it lands, not after.
Sequences stop on reply
A reply stops the remaining steps, opens a conversation and starts qualification. Nobody gets step three after they already said yes.
Questions people ask
Can I send from a shared Linkubit address to start?
No — every workspace verifies its own domain before it sends anything. A shared sender's reputation belongs to whoever burned it last, and no sending identity carries a permitted purpose while unverified.
Where do replies go?
Into the inbox, as a conversation with an owner. Every outbound email carries a reply address the product receives on, so a reply never disappears into a mailbox the product cannot see.
What stops the loop where two auto-responders email each other?
Every inbound email is classified before it becomes a turn: a bounce or a mailing list is dropped, an out-of-office is written into the thread for a person and never answered, and only a human's message gets a reply. A thread that exceeds a volume in an hour stops being answered regardless.
What does an email cost?
A tenth of a credit per message on your plan, on top of nothing — there is no per-email charge from a provider passed on.
