Linkubit vs AiSensy (2026): what each one does, what each adds to Meta's rate, and which to choose
AiSensy: A WhatsApp marketing platform on the official API — broadcasts, retargeting, a shared inbox and Click-to-WhatsApp ads — with chatbots and an AI agent sold as add-ons. Linkubit: an AI salesperson that answers, qualifies, quotes from your catalogue and takes the payment, on WhatsApp, email, Instagram and Messenger.
The difference is what happens after a customer writes. Linkubit's AI answers as a salesperson — it qualifies, quotes only from your catalogue, keeps your rules in code and takes the payment in the chat — on every plan, with WhatsApp at Meta's rate and nothing added. AiSensy is the better choice if a marketer who wants to run large WhatsApp broadcasts and Click-to-WhatsApp ads from one screen, with agents added as the team grows. Every figure below is from AiSensy's own pages, dated.

What's different
Six things Linkubit does, each beside what AiSensy’s own pages say about the same thing. Where those pages say nothing, the line says so rather than guessing.
An AI salesperson, not a flow builder
It reads the enquiry, answers in the customer's language — a Hindi voice note included — asks the qualifying questions you set, moves the lead through your stages and opens a priced deal. Nobody draws a flowchart, and it is on every plan, including Free.
AiSensy: AI agents. The "AI Chat Agent" add-on is ₹1,350 a month for 1,000 AI messages on top of any plan; keyword chatbot flows are a separate ₹2,500 a month add-on.
Quotes only what your catalogue says
A price it states is read from your catalogue or your documents; a unit price the catalogue does not carry, or a price with no source behind it, is refused before the reply leaves. Deal values and payment requests come from the same list, never from a number typed in the chat.

Rules enforced in code, with a human one step away
A gate runs before every action and every send — no discounts, no promises outside the catalogue, hand a refund to a person — and a verifier reads every reply. Anything the agent may not do is refused in code, not in a prompt; a rule it would like changed becomes a request for a human, never a change.

One customer, one record, four channels
WhatsApp, email, Instagram DM and Messenger (the last two from Pro) arrive in one inbox on one contact — the person who clicked an Instagram ad, wrote on WhatsApp and replied by email is one record with one history, one owner and one pipeline card.
AiSensy: Channels its site lists: WhatsApp.
The payment happens in the chat
A UPI or card request inside WhatsApp, or a Razorpay link from your own account, at the catalogue price. The money goes to you; Linkubit never holds it. The deal closes itself when the payment lands.
AiSensy: Marketplace integrations for payments; not listed on the pricing page.
Ads that lead to WhatsApp, built and measured in the same place
Click-to-WhatsApp, lead-form, Google Search and Performance Max campaigns are created from the product — paused until you switch them on — and every lead carries the ad it came from. Qualified leads and won deals are reported back to Meta and Google, so the ad platforms learn from your pipeline, not from clicks.

A month of messages, priced on each side
AiSensy prints its own per-message rates for Indian numbers. Linkubit charges Meta’s rate and nothing more — the messages are billed by Meta to your own WhatsApp Business Account. Ten thousand marketing and five thousand utility messages is a mid-sized month:
| 10,000 marketing + 5,000 utility messages | Linkubit (Meta’s rate) | AiSensy (printed rate) |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing, per message | ₹0.8631 | ₹1.090 |
| Utility, per message | ₹0.115 | ₹0.145 |
| Messages for the month, before GST | ₹9,206 | ₹11,625 |
| Difference | ₹2,419 a month, ₹29,028 a year, on messages alone | |
Why this matters more than the subscription
A subscription is a fixed number. Per-message charges scale with your business, so a mark-up that looks like paise becomes the larger bill the month a campaign works. The pricing guide has Meta’s full India rate card and what changes on 1 October 2026.
Questions people ask
What does Linkubit do that AiSensy does not?
The AI salesperson is included on every plan rather than a ₹1,350 add-on, and it quotes from your catalogue — a unit price the catalogue does not carry is refused before the reply sends. Rules live in code, not in a flow: no discount, no promise outside the catalogue, and a handover to a person the moment a topic you named comes up. Four channels — WhatsApp, email, Instagram DM and Messenger — in one inbox and one customer record. AiSensy's pricing page lists WhatsApp only. A pipeline, lead scoring, payment requests in the chat and revenue attribution are part of the product, not a CRM integration. Meta's per-message rate passes through unchanged; AiSensy prints ₹1.09 per marketing message against Meta's ₹0.86. Where AiSensy is the better choice: a marketer who wants to run large WhatsApp broadcasts and Click-to-WhatsApp ads from one screen, with agents added as the team grows.
Is AiSensy free?
AiSensy has a Free Forever plan that gives you the WhatsApp Business API on your number and a live-chat inbox, but not broadcasting; sending campaigns starts at ₹1,500 a month plus per-message charges. Linkubit is also free to start, with the AI salesperson included, and a team plan is ₹499 a month.
Does AiSensy have an AI agent?
Yes, as an add-on: the AI Chat Agent is ₹1,350 a month for 1,000 AI messages on top of any plan. In Linkubit the AI salesperson is the product, included on every plan, and one credit is one AI reply.
How does AiSensy's per-message price compare with Meta's?
AiSensy prints ₹1.09 for a marketing message and ₹0.145 for utility or authentication to an Indian number. Meta's own rates are ₹0.8631 and ₹0.115. Linkubit charges Meta's rate and adds nothing, so a business sending 10,000 marketing messages a month pays about ₹2,270 less per month on messages alone.
