WhatsApp AI sales agent for D2C brands and online stores in India

Every ad that works fills a WhatsApp inbox with the same four questions. Linkubit answers D2C brands' and online stores' shoppers within a minute from your catalogue — the price, the size, the delivery date, whether it is in stock — confirms cash-on-delivery orders before they are packed, sends the shipping and delivery messages on its own, and takes a UPI payment in the chat.

In short

Linkubit answers a shopper's WhatsApp within a minute from your catalogue, confirms size, variant and delivery, takes a UPI or card payment in the chat, confirms COD orders before they ship, and sends the order, shipping and delivery messages on its own. A shopper who asked on Instagram and then on WhatsApp is one customer, not two.

Qualifies on

  • Which product, size and variant
  • Delivery pincode and expected date
  • Prepaid or cash on delivery
  • Gift, bulk or a one-off
  • Returning customer or first order
  • What they saw — the ad, the post, the site

None of this is hardcoded. It is a schema you edit, which is why a completely different business runs on the same system.

The catalogue is the only price

The assistant quotes from your catalogue, and sends the picture

A product it names comes with its listed price and its first image, automatically. A discount it was not given does not exist.

  • A product not in the catalogue is not sold
  • The deal opens at the catalogue price

Paid in the chat

UPI or card inside WhatsApp, at the listed price

A payment request for the items and quantities, never a number the model typed. Paid into your own gateway account; the order closes from the payment alone.

Instagram DMs and WhatsApp, one customer

A shopper who asked about a kurta in an Instagram DM and then ordered on WhatsApp is one contact with one history and one attribution from the ad.

Fewer RTOs

A COD confirmation that asks for a YES, and a same-day message when delivery fails, save most of the return-to-origin shipping you pay twice for.

From ad click to repeat order, on WhatsApp

What a shopper's thread looks like when the assistant handles questions, payment, confirmation and tracking, and a person handles the complaint.

  1. The question lands, and is answered from the catalogue

From a Click-to-WhatsApp ad, an Instagram DM or the site widget. The assistant answers the price, the sizes in stock and the delivery date to the pincode, and sends the product's picture. Inside the shopper's window, so it costs nothing.

  2. Size, variant, delivery — captured, not repeated

Written onto the customer as they answer, so the next message and the next order start from what is known.

  3. Paid in the chat, or confirmed for COD

A prepaid order is a payment request in WhatsApp at the catalogue price. A COD order gets a confirmation message that asks for a YES before it is packed; unconfirmed orders do not ship.

  4. Confirmed, shipped, delivered — sent when the status changes

The order confirmation, the shipping message with tracking, and a same-day message when a delivery attempt fails, each sent by the assistant when the status is recorded.

  5. The complaint goes to a person

"Wrong size", "damaged", "where is my refund": a rule hands the thread to a person before the assistant replies, with the order attached.

  6. The next order

A cart left behind, once, an hour later. A back-in-stock message only to the shoppers who asked. A review request a week after delivery. All marketing, all with consent and a STOP line, none of them a blast.

The templates a store sends

Eight WhatsApp message templates for D2C and e-commerce — enquiry received, order confirmed, shipped, COD confirmation, delivery attempted, cart reminder, back in stock and a review request. Each is written the way Meta's review reads it.

Questions D2C brands ask

Does Linkubit integrate with Shopify or WooCommerce?

Not today. Products are loaded into Linkubit's catalogue by import, and orders taken in the chat are recorded there. A store whose whole flow lives in Shopify — abandoned-cart automation, order sync — is better served by a Shopify-native tool, and the comparison pages say which.

Can the AI give a discount?

Only one you defined. The assistant quotes catalogue prices and can apply a rule you wrote; it does not invent a number, and a shopper who asks for a bigger discount is handed to a person.

How does the UPI payment work?

Where your WhatsApp number has a payment configuration in WhatsApp Manager, the shopper pays UPI or card inside the chat on an order card at the catalogue price. Otherwise a Razorpay link from your own account. Either way the money goes to you, and a captured payment closes the order.

Will it send broadcasts to my whole list?

Campaigns go to audiences you build from people who consented, stop for anyone who replies, and carry a STOP line. The cart, back-in-stock and review templates go to one person each, once, on a trigger — not to a list.
