A product catalogue the assistant sells from — and the only place a price can come from
The most expensive thing an AI can do in a sales chat is state a price that is not yours. Linkubit's catalogue is the authority: the assistant may quote a listed price and nothing else, sends the photo only for a product it just looked up, and opens the deal at the list price rather than at a number somebody typed in a chat.
Add products with the fields your business needs — size, material, lead time, whatever — a unit price, up to a few media items and a description that is indexed like any other document. When a customer asks, the assistant looks the product up, answers from its description, quotes its price, and sends its first photo, video or PDF captioned with its name. Interest is recorded on the contact, a qualified lead opens a deal priced from the products they wanted, and the product page lists every customer it was sent to.
A price is a fact, not a guess
It can only quote a price it just looked up
A reply that states a price is checked against what the assistant actually retrieved on that turn. A number with no product behind it is refused before it sends. A document that disagrees with the catalogue is treated as out of date — the catalogue wins, and the assistant is told so.
- "Pricing is customised" is never said about a product with a listed price
- A discount past your limit is an approval for a person, never a reply

The picture is a claim
The right photo, only for a product it read
The first time a reply names a product, its first media item goes with it — the photo, video or PDF you uploaded, captioned. A picture is a claim about what the thing is, and a customer believes one faster than a sentence, so it is only ever attached for a product the assistant looked up on that turn; a marker naming anything else is dropped and the text still sends.
- One item per reply; the next one when the assistant asks for it
- What the channel cannot carry — a PDF on Instagram, an oversized file — is skipped, not sent

The rest of it
Your fields, not a fixed form
The catalogue's fields are yours — a course has a duration and a batch, a flat has a floor and a facing, a truck has a payload. The assistant asks about and answers on whatever fields you gave it.
Interest, recorded and never overwritten
A product sent to a customer is written on their timeline and recorded as an interest — considering, wanted, rejected — that scoring rules and workflows can read. A verdict somebody made is never moved by a picture going out.
Deals open themselves, at the list price
When a lead qualifies, the products they showed interest in become one open deal at your unit price. A figure the assistant heard is kept as "customer said" beside it and never becomes the value.
Who it was sent to
Every product page lists the customers it went to, from the conversation that carried it, so a launch can be read as a list of people rather than a count.
What it is made of
It can only quote prices from your catalogue
The assistant cannot invent a number. A price it states has to come from a product it just looked up. Same for photos: only a product it actually read this turn.

Answers that show their source
Upload your brochures, policies and price lists. Every answer drawn from them points at the document and page it came from, so a claim can be checked rather than taken on trust.
Questions people ask
Does it recommend products?
It answers from the catalogue and the documents about it — a question about a product, or one that names it, retrieves that product's record and description. It does not rank your catalogue against a customer's description with a matching score — that was left out deliberately, and this page says so rather than implying otherwise.
What file types can I attach?
A JPEG up to 5 MB, an MP4 up to 16 MB, a PDF up to 100 MB — WhatsApp's own limits, applied at upload so a file Meta would later fail to fetch never gets sent. Each channel's limits are checked again at send time.
Can I keep the long description somewhere the assistant reads?
Yes — a product's description is a knowledge document tied to the product, retrieved, cited and re-indexed when it changes, the same as any brochure or policy you upload.
Is this Meta's WhatsApp catalog?
No. This is Linkubit's own catalogue, the thing the assistant quotes from on every channel, and the source of every deal's value and every payment request's amount. The guide on WhatsApp catalogs covers Meta's feature and where each fits.
