A WhatsApp CRM where the record is written by the conversation
Most CRMs are where a conversation goes to be typed up later, which is why they are empty. In Linkubit the conversation writes the record: the assistant captures the fields as the customer answers, the score updates, the stage moves when its requirements are met, and the deal opens itself at the list price. The rep opens a brief, not a chat.
Contacts and companies with your own fields, one record per person across four channels, a lifecycle with entry requirements enforced in code, a pipeline board of deals priced from the catalogue, tasks and meetings with outcomes, a next best action on every open deal, an activity feed of everything the product did about a person, and roles that gate both what somebody may do and which rows they may see. Import from a spreadsheet, deduplicated before it lands; erase a person from everywhere in one action.
The record fills itself
Fields written by the assistant as the customer answers
The qualifying questions are columns on the lead — type, options, required or not — and every answer the customer gives, in text or a voice note, becomes a value a rule can read. A fact typed on the dashboard wins over anything inferred.
- One contact whether they emailed, messaged or DM'd
- Merges are exact-match only, always reversible, with the losing record kept

Stages refuse illegal moves, with the requirement named
Drag a deal into a stage whose entry requirements it does not meet and it is refused with the missing field named — from the board, from a workflow and from the assistant alike, because one function moves a contact's stage and carries its deals. The board and the contact never disagree.
- A qualified lead opens one deal priced from the products they showed interest in
- Closed revenue is frozen at the close

The rest of it
Tasks, meetings and the next best action
Follow-ups the assistant creates for you, meetings with outcomes, and for every open deal a suggested next move — ask the missing question, answer the objection, schedule, escalate — surfaced for a person, never done silently.
Roles decide who sees what
Every screen and every action needs a permission, and a role decides which records it covers — own leads, the team's, everyone's. A screen somebody may not open is not in their sidebar, and the API refuses whatever the browser believed.
Everything that happened, in one feed
A score moving, a workflow firing, a rule taking effect, a task made, a deal moved, a payment landing — each is a line on the contact's timeline with who or what caused it. Messages are never edited; a correction is a new message.
Erase a person, or the whole workspace
A customer asks to be forgotten and one action removes them from every table, every file and every export. Leave Linkubit and the same runs for the whole workspace.
What it is made of
Four channels, one customer
WhatsApp, email, Instagram DM and Messenger in one inbox. Someone who emails Monday and WhatsApps Thursday is one contact with one history.
A pipeline that refuses illegal moves
Stages carry entry requirements. Drag a deal somewhere it cannot go and it is refused with the requirement named — so the board tells you what to capture next instead of snapping back in silence.

Roles decide who sees what
Every screen and every action needs a permission, and a role decides which records it covers — own leads, the team’s, everyone’s. A screen somebody may not open simply isn’t in their sidebar.
Questions people ask
Does it replace my CRM or connect to it?
It is one, and it also connects to monday.com and Zoho CRM: leads, deals and notes land in the CRM your team already uses, and their edits there come back. Contacts also arrive through the channels, the ad accounts, Apollo prospecting and spreadsheet import, and leave by export and outbound webhooks. The integrations page lists everything connected today.
Can I add my own fields?
Yes — on contacts, companies, leads, deals and products. A field has a type, options and a required flag, the assistant asks for it if it is missing, and a scoring rule or a workflow condition can read it the day it is added.
How does a deal get its value?
From the catalogue: the products the customer showed interest in, at your list price. A figure the assistant heard in a chat is kept as "customer said" beside it and never becomes the deal's value, because the assistant's quotes are unverified.
Can two reps work the same customer?
They can see each other doing it. Open a conversation and colleagues see you are in it, so two people answering the same person with two different prices — the mistake this exists to prevent — is caught before it happens.
