Refund policy

A new paid plan is refundable in full for thirty days. Here is exactly what that means.

At a glance

  • Ask within 30 days of the first charge on a paid plan and the whole plan fee comes back.
  • No form and no questions — one email, one refund per workspace per plan.
  • Renewals, credit packs and extra seats are not refundable; cancelling applies at the end of the period you paid for.
  • This sits on top of any right you have under consumer law, never in place of it.

1. What is covered

The first charge on a paid plan — monthly, quarterly or yearly — is refundable in full if you ask within 30 days of it. That covers the plan fee for the period you bought; the credits you used in those days are not clawed back and the workspace stays yours on the Free plan afterwards, with everything you set up still in place.

Every workspace starts with a 14-day trial that needs no card, so most people know whether Linkubit fits before a first charge exists. The refund is for the ones who find out afterwards.

2. How to ask

Email help@linkubit.com from the address you signed up with, or from any administrator's address on the workspace, and say which workspace. Nothing else is needed. The refund goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days of your email; your card issuer may take a few days more to show it.

3. What is not covered

  • Renewals. The second and later charges on the same plan. Cancel before the renewal date and there is no charge to refund.
  • Credit packs. A pack is a one-off purchase whose credits never expire; once bought it is yours.
  • Extra seats and add-ons billed on top of a plan.
  • A second refund for the same plan on the same workspace, or a plan bought after a refund on that workspace.
  • Charges made by other companies — Meta's per-message fees, ad spend, a payment gateway's fees — are billed by them to your own accounts and refunded, if at all, by them.

4. Cancelling and moving down

You can cancel or move to a smaller plan at any time from Plan & billing. Either takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and there is no partial refund for the days left in it. Moving up takes effect straight away: a new billing period starts that day, and the unused part of the old plan is credited against the new one on the same invoice.

5. Your rights

This policy is a promise we make on top of the law. Nothing in it limits a right you have under the consumer law of the place you are in — including the Australian Consumer Law and India's Consumer Protection Act — and where the law gives you more than this page does, the law applies. The terms of service say the same in their refunds section.
