• Needs you is four tabs of plain sections that say when something shows up, with the reason on each row as a tag. Home shows the business at a glance, and every banner can be dismissed.
• Assign moves a chat and tells the new owner; Assign for follow-up also gives them a dated task. Assigned to me, and Assigned to you until it is opened, sit in the inbox filters, which are kept in the address.
• Test agent opens a real conversation: the actual thread and context panel, written as the customer, with the phone beside it. The test customer counts as no customer in any total.
• Each reply shows how the AI decided it: what it read, which rules applied and what it chose. A holiday says whether the business is closed, and the AI is told about closures ahead.
• A team member can be marked as your team, so the AI never answers them and they never appear as leads. A picture can be saved to Knowledge without being read, and a pricing sheet is sent with a catalogue price.
