In short

Eight things a team that sells in Zoho CRM can do once WhatsApp is connected to it: put every WhatsApp, Instagram and email enquiry into Zoho already qualified, keep junk out of the Leads module, hand a hot lead to a rep with the conversation summary on the record, let the AI answer from what is in Zoho, open a Deal when a lead qualifies, show payment status to finance, close deals from a Stage and report them to Meta and Google, and message existing Zoho contacts on WhatsApp with their consent recorded.

1. Every enquiry in Zoho, already qualified

A Click-to-WhatsApp ad, a website chat button and an Instagram DM all start a conversation. The AI salesperson answers in the first minute and asks your qualifying questions — budget, size, city, timeline — and when the lead is qualified it lands in Zoho's Leads module with those answers in your own fields and its lead source. Your reps open Zoho and find a lead they can call, not a phone number to chase.

Set up: map Leads, include your qualifying fields and Lead Source, keep the starter workflow that syncs on lead qualified.

2. Keep the Leads module clean

Not everyone who writes is a lead. With approval on new records, the wrong numbers, job seekers and competitors wait in a queue with a preview of what would be written, and someone skips them in bulk. Zoho holds the people worth a rep's time, and your conversion reports in Zoho stay honest.

3. A hand-over that arrives with context

When the AI hands a conversation to a person — the customer asked for one, wants a custom quote, or raised a complaint — a note lands on the Zoho record with the summary of the chat and a link to it. The rep who picks it up in Zoho knows what was asked and promised before they call.

4. The AI answers from what Zoho knows

Turn on AI reading for the module and list the fields — Order Status, Account Tier, Renewal Date. When an existing customer asks "has my order shipped?", the AI reads the Zoho record linked to that customer and answers from it. It only ever reads the linked record, and never treats a Zoho field as a price.

5. A Deal in Zoho the moment a lead qualifies

When a lead qualifies, Linkubit opens a deal priced from your catalogue — never from a figure in the chat — and a Deals map puts it in Zoho's Deals module with its value, stage and expected close date, then keeps it in step as it moves. Sales managers see the pipeline grow in Zoho without anyone retyping it.

6. Payment status where finance looks

When the AI or a rep sends a UPI or card request in WhatsApp, the Zoho record shows payment status, amount, the link and when it was paid, and a note is added when it is paid. Finance stops asking sales whether the customer paid.

7. Close in Zoho, and teach your ads

Your reps close deals in Zoho. Pick the Stage field and the value that means won — Closed Won — and moving a Deal there closes it in Linkubit at its value. That revenue is attributed to the campaign that brought the lead in, and reported back to Meta and Google as a won deal, so the ad platforms optimise for customers who pay rather than for clicks.

Lead, conversation and deal all tied to the ad that brought them.
A Deal marked Closed Won in Zoho is reported to the ad that brought the lead in.

8. Message your existing Zoho contacts on WhatsApp

Import a Zoho module's records as contacts, choosing the consent basis that is true of them — existing customers, people who opted in. A WhatsApp campaign then reaches only the people whose consent allows it, a reply cancels the rest of the sequence for that person, and the conversation that follows syncs back to the same Zoho record.

Can WhatsApp leads go straight into Zoho CRM?

Yes. A lead created or qualified in a WhatsApp conversation is written to the Zoho module you mapped, with its qualifying answers, source and ad, either straight away or after a person approves it.

Can my Zoho reps reply on WhatsApp from Zoho?

Replies are sent from the Linkubit inbox, which has the whole thread, the 24-hour window and the templates. Each Zoho note links straight to the chat.

Can I use Zoho CRM and the AI salesperson together?

That is the point: the AI qualifies in the chat and writes the result into Zoho; your team works in Zoho and their edits come back to steer the AI.
