How to create a WhatsApp link in 3 steps

Both open the same chat. `https://wa.me/91XXXXXXXXXX?text=…` is the short form WhatsApp publishes and the one to use everywhere. `https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=91XXXXXXXXXX&text=…` is the older form and still works; it is what a Click-to-WhatsApp ad's destination has to be, and why some tools still print it. A link without a number, `https://wa.me/?text=…`, lets the person choose who to send the message to — a share link, not a contact link.
