Run several businesses or clients from one account

How a business or agency account keeps workspaces together — shared numbers and credits, one bill if you want it — and what stays separate.

In short

A business or agency account sits above your workspaces. Each workspace keeps its own inbox, contacts and assistant; the account can share WhatsApp numbers and Pages, hold one credit pool and one subscription, and give each client a monthly credit cap. Nothing in the account console reaches inside a workspace's data — that is a separate membership, granted per person.

Start

  • At sign-up, An agency, or several brands creates an agency account with no workspace yet; you add the first client next.
  • From the workspace switcher, New workspace asks "Running more than one business?" — Set up a business account keeps your workspaces together, or Just add another workspace leaves them separate. Workspaces keep billing themselves until you put them on one bill.
  • The Accounts item in the switcher opens the console.

Add a workspace

  1. In the console press New workspace (Add a client workspace for an agency).
  2. Give a Client name or Workspace name, choose the Plan if it goes on the account's bill, and optionally invite people with a role.
  3. On the account's bill it is charged at its plan's normal price. Added mid-month, the days left are charged today and the same share of its credits lands in the pool.
  4. You go straight into that workspace's setup. Invite a client brings in a workspace that already exists — its administrator accepts from their Billing settings.

What the account shares

Console viewWhat it does
WorkspacesEach workspace's plan, its Monthly credits cap (a preset, No cap or a custom amount), and whether it is on the Account bill (Agency bill for an agency) or its Own plan
Logins & assetsConnect a WhatsApp Business Account, Pages & Instagram or Meta ad accounts once; assign each number, Page or ad account to a workspace
Credit poolOne shared pool for workspaces on the account's bill; packs bought here never expire
BillingOne subscription with a line per plan, priced at each workspace's normal price
PeopleOwner, Billing, Manager and Viewer — none of which opens a workspace's data on its own

Taking a workspace off the account

Remove from account moves the workspace to the Free plan and its numbers and accounts come back to the account; it stays yours. A workspace on Own plan pays for itself and keeps its own credits.
