Connect Zoho Mail to Linkubit
Sign in to Zoho to send from your own Zoho Mail address; replies come back on their own. What Zoho can and cannot carry, and the data-centre note.
Go to Settings › Email, choose Zoho Mail and sign in. Linkubit sends from your address and reads replies directly — no forwarding rule. Zoho's API cannot carry an unsubscribe header or threading headers, so Linkubit adds an unsubscribe link to the body instead.
Connect
- Open Settings › Email and choose Zoho Mail ("Replies come back on their own").
- Sign in to Zoho in the same tab and allow access to send, read messages and list folders.
- Back on Settings › Email, press Send myself a test and reply to it.
What is different on Zoho
- No forwarding step — Linkubit reads replies from the mailbox.
- Unsubscribe in the body — Zoho's API takes no custom headers, so the one-click unsubscribe header Gmail gets is replaced by an "Unsubscribe" link at the end of the email.
- No threading headers — a reply in the customer's mail app may start a new thread rather than nest under yours.
- Same daily ramp as Gmail — 50 on day one, up to 2,000 a day.
Zoho accounts in India (.in)
Zoho runs separate data centres. If sign-in fails with an "invalid client" message and your Zoho address ends in zoho.in, write to help@linkubit.com — the India data centre is being enabled.
