Plans, credits and billing in Linkubit
What each plan includes, what one credit buys, how top-ups and auto top-up work, and where to find invoices — all in Settings › Plan & billing.
One credit is one AI reply; a campaign message or an email is 0.1. Each plan includes credits every month, and unused ones roll over up to a month's allowance. Top up any time — bought credits never expire — or switch on Auto top-up. Change plan, seats and payment method in Settings › Plan & billing.

Paying annually gives two months free. Extra seats are available on paid plans. The pricing page has every feature by plan. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Meta bills WhatsApp messages separately, at Meta's rate, to your WhatsApp Business Account — Linkubit adds nothing. See WhatsApp API pricing in India.
Top up and auto top-up
- Top up on the credits card: packs from 1,000 credits ₹899, 2,500 credits ₹1,999, 6,000 credits ₹4,499, 25,000 credits ₹16,999. Bought credits never expire.
- Auto top-up buys your chosen pack when the balance falls below the threshold you set.
- Running low is never silent: you are warned well before, and a conversation paused for credits is released the moment a top-up lands — the agent answers the customer's next message.
Invoices and renewals
Invoices are listed on Plan & billing, issued by Adhiti Consulting Pty Ltd. Pay by card or UPI in rupees. If a renewal fails there is a 7-day grace period before the workspace moves to Free.
