How the 14-day trial and the Free plan work
You start on 14 days of Pro with no card, earn extra credits for connecting WhatsApp and adding a card, then keep Free or subscribe.
Every new workspace gets 14 days of Pro: 25 credits at sign-up, 75 more for connecting WhatsApp, 100 more for adding a card (not charged). Subscribe before it ends and the unused credits carry over with 100 more; otherwise the workspace moves to Free and keeps everything you built.
The trial credits

One credit is one AI reply. Lighter work costs less: a campaign message or an email is a tenth of a credit. Messages that come in, your team's WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger replies, and reading your own data are free; every email, including a reply your team writes, is a tenth of a credit. When the trial ends
The workspace moves to Free — the banner reads "Your trial has ended and the workspace is moving to the Free plan." Unused trial credits are forfeited, and Free's monthly allowance starts. Nothing you set up is deleted: the agent, the catalogue, contacts and conversations stay.

Can I have a second trial in a new workspace?
No. One trial per person; a second workspace starts on Free.
Do I lose my credits if I subscribe early?
No — subscribing during the trial carries the unused credits over and adds 100.
